Consumption Disruption
Friends, I know I’m not the only one who feels like my eyes and my ears are consumed with information, reactions, and comments that easily raise my level of anxiety. It’s so important to stay informed and to be as competent as possible whenever there are crisis and critical events. It’s hard work to sift out accurate information especially when the humans disseminating the information are all caught in the web of anxiety as well!
So spend time connecting with news outlets, social media and other forms of communication. But remember, you have agency to turn them off at times and make choices about what you consume through your ears and eyes.

CONSUMPTION DISRUPTION.
Disrupt the normal pattern of intake – turn off the radio or TV, set down the social media apps and disrupt your mental feed with some intentional intake. Here are some Videos, Podcast, Audiobooks and Music that I would suggest to get you started!
